Indiana University-Radio/Television Services, WTIU Public Television, and WFIU Public Radio serve south-central Indiana, producing a wide range of radio, television programs for local, state, and national distribution, as well as many non-broadcast productions for the university and community. JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative support for the university’s development and advancement efforts, including maintaining and updating donor databases, scheduling events and travel for donor interaction and solicitation, preparing and sending digital and direct mail solicitations, preparing documentation of pledged and received gifts, and coordinating stewardship and donor recognition activities. May perform occasional duties in support of other functions or business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.

Two years of experience in fundraising/development, administrative, higher education foundation, or related field.

Proficient communication skills. Maintains a high degree of professionalism. Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills. Demonstrates a high commitment to quality. Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Highly thorough and dependable.

WORKING CONDITIONS/DEMANDS

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
