Visual Capitalist did an occupational risk assessment by evaluation data on three physical job attributes: contact with others, physical proximity and exposure to disease and infection.

From that they assigned each attribute an equal weight, then aggregated them to arrive at a final COVID-19 Risk Score between 0 and 100, with 100 representing the highest possible risk.
