Families across Indiana have dealt with child care challenges and successes in all kinds of ways. The stories you'll read here come from families in different parts of the state, but are focused primarily on where the reporting was done in Perry County and Jasper County.
These families have crossed time zones, state lines and made sacrifices at work and at home for the sake of finding and affording the best care possible for their children. Each category includes stories that share similar themes, but many of them have a lot in common.
