This position holds responsibility for fulfilling funding needs of Indiana Public Broadcasting (IPB) News and WFYI through foundation and other grant opportunities, by researching opportunities, applying for grants, ensuring grant deliverables are achieved and reporting is completed effectively. Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, this position is based at WFYI in Indianapolis and will secure grants for Indiana Public Broadcasting News statewide collaboration and WFYI.

The Broadcast Technical Engineer is responsible for setting up, controlling and monitoring all Television broadcast, cable, and satellite signals broadcasting programs to the viewing audience.

Our IPBS member-stations are searching for a dynamic and visionary Director of Engineering and Technology. This pivotal leadership role involves working directly with contractors and vendors. This position reports to the General Manager and will contribute significantly to the strategic planning process of the organization. As the Director of Engineering and Technology, this position ensures the seamless operation of critical IT, audio, video, and file-based systems, which are essential for content creation, distribution, and transmission.

The Chief Development & Marketing Officer, (CDMO) will lead a strategic fundraising operation to increase support and sustainability including building and implementing a comprehensive strategic development plan. The CDMO will report to the President and CEO. In addition, the CDMO will be a member of the CEO’s Executive Leadership Team. The CDMO will oversee a team of 15, including two direct reports.

The position provides construction, maintenance and repair support for a wide range of predominately high-power Radio Frequency electronic equipment and systems for Lakeshore Public Media including DTV and HD TV Transmissions, ATSC3.0 equipment and transmission, Broadcast Interconnect, EAS, AMBER, FM, State/Federal All Hazards Radio, AM, satellite downlink systems, and Lakeshore Public Media facilities.
