Accommodations
The 2024 IPBS Conference is being held July 23-24 at the Renaissance Hotel in Carmel. Dual license stations will each receive four (4) complimentary rooms. Single licensees will each receive two (2) complimentary rooms. Please indicate on the registration form that you plan to use one of the complimentary rooms designated for your station and IPBS will reserve it on your behalf.
Rooms for additional station attendees will be paid for by stations and the cost is $159.00 (plus tax) per night. If you are making your own room reservation, here is the link to the Renaissance reservation page with the IPBS guaranteed conference room rate.
Reserve your room by noon on Tuesday, July 9. After that date, the reservation page with our guaranteed room rate will expire.
Conference Arrival, Check-In, and Opening Session
Pick up your name tag and conference program at the hospitality table in the lobby of the Renaissance Hotel from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (EDT) on Tuesday, July 23.
Lunch for the Opening Session will begin at 11:00 am followed by the IPBS Hall of Fame inductions at 11:30.

Dine-Around Town on Tuesday, July 23
Dine-Around is a casual and relaxing networking experience where you share a meal with colleagues from other IPBS stations at one of Carmel’s top rated restaurants. A restaurant list will be provided containing multiple options.
We’ll gather in the hotel lobby area at 6:30 pm (EDT) to carpool to your selected dining spot. Dine-Around groups will be limited to eight people, including a host. Reservations will be made on your behalf for 7:00 pm (EDT).
Please indicate on your conference registration that you are going to participate in Dine-Around. You will receive an email prior to the start of the conference with a link to select your restaurant. You must register for Dine-Around in advance to receive the link.
